Shipping and Handling

Our packages are sent Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or through freight carriers for oversized items such as furniture. Orders normally ship within 2-3 business days if received by 3 pm Pacific Time. Standard delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days.

Furniture and Large Items Orders

Free local Orange County delivery on certain items. Click here to inquire about shipping outside of Orange County. Additional shipping charges may apply. Due to the large size and weight of furniture shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company. You will be notified by mail 2-3 weeks before delivery, and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up a 4 hour window for the appointment. Deliveries are Monday through Friday. These shipments are delivered through your doorway. Because home furnishings, rugs, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher. A delivery surcharge has been added to these items; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the product price in our catalog and as "Additional Shipping" in the description of each applicable item on our website and is in addition to the order shipping charges. All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states; shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US Possessions and foreign countries require a quote. Certain delivery areas may require an additional cost and may have specific days for delivery. Assembly is available for an additional charge. We do not ship outside the USA.

Returns and Exchanges

If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Product purchases are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.

All sales are final for handmade items such as jewelry, custom furniture, art work, sculptures and hand blown glass art. If anything is damaged during shipping we will replace within 3 weeks with proof of damaged property. Further specifications are within each individual product description.

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Please contact customer service via Email or over the telephone at 1-888-722-4308 for assistance in returning these items.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement.
